Badass Calendula

Calendula show n tell time! These guys are featured in many of my products. Look at how each flower has its own unique personality. I know that like snowflakes and people, no two flowers of any kind are alike, but I feel like my Calendulas are just super individuals. Each one marching to its own drumbeat. 

 And they just do their own thing! As evidenced by the fact that the rest of my garden is pretty much spent and ready for its long winter nap. Here shines my Calendulas standing strong and bringing light to even the gloomiest of days.

In past years, I've had these steadfast friends poke their sunlight colored blooms through the snow. Kinda badass if you ask me.

Speaking of badass, check out the last picture where my guys just hopped across the yard and took up residence beneath my kitchen window. And not just a bloom or two, but a whole freaking bush. Bloom babies, bloom. I can't wait to see where they come up next spring!
